Highlights of Last Year's
Staff Appreciation Week
On behalf of the Staff Appreciation team of the OVMS PTSA, I want to thank all the wonderful parents who made this week possible. Thank you for your generous donations of time, food and/or items for the raffle, and also thanks to the following business who supported our school: Coke Company, Piano with Shelly Burke, Mama Cella's restaurant, Iowa Meat Farms, Jamba Juice, Ralph’s, Jimbo’s , Starbucks and Daphne's Greek Café.

Thank you...
...for the Technology Presentation
Denise Hogan, Student Specialist, came to Oak Valley in November to help our children understand the dangers and consequences of technology, such as texting, Myspace, Facebook etc.
She gave an interactive 90 minute presentation to each Social Studies class. One of the video clips that she showed was on You Tube, "Everyone Knows Sarah.".
